Our Services

The Deep

Your home receives a big refresh as we clean for that deep spring clean feel. This clean can be stand alone. Alternatively, it is often the initial clean to our ongoing "Keeper" cleans. 

The Keeper

You receive regular maintenance cleans with a choice between weekly, bi-weekly, or every 4 weeks. This clean delivers over and over again. It often begins with "The Deep" clean above.

The Move

You don't have the time or would rather have the cleaning done when you move into a new home, or out of an old one. You can be confident the space will shine whether you are coming or going! Done in furniture free, empty homes.

The Boutique

A selection of additional cleaning tasks which can be added to the above offerings whenever you require them including interior of fridges, ovens, cabinetry, dishwashers, blinds and more. Must be booked a minimum of 3 business days in advance.

The Timer

You only need an area or specific tasks in your home attended to and we will clean to your instruction in the time you allow. Minimum 2 hour booking.

Pets

We respect your pets and you. If you will not be home for your cleaning appointment, pets must be crated or secured safely in an area we will not be accessing for their own safety and that of our team.

Clutter

Please remove excessive clutter before our arrival!

If not removed, we will not be able to clean that area.

Requests

Your custom appointment has been planned ahead of time with careful attention to details and time. Please do not request extra cleaning tasks of our team while on site. Call or email and we will be happy to schedule available Add-Ons for you.

Minimalist Smart Device

Garbage

Garbage will be placed in your outside receptacles whenever possible, otherwise left inside the front door. We do not remove bags from apartments and condos.

 
Please Understand We Do Not:
Use ladders higher than 2 steps
Use any harsh chemicals
Unstop plugged drains
Clean exterior windows
Clean ceiling skylights 
Clean full ceilings and walls
Wash dishes
Empty or load dishwashers
Clean homes where excess clutter is present
Clean carpets
Clean interior of fireplaces or woodstoves
Lift or move items over 20 lbs.
Clean outdoor spaces
Clean infested properties (bed bugs, cockroaches, mice, rats, etc.)
Handle any bodily fluids or feces from humans or pets
Clean a home in which are contagious illnesses or excessive bodily fluids
Clean a home that has a mildew or mold problem
Remove floor finish or wax from floors
Service clients who are disrespectful to our team
